Course Content
Medical care on board: publications and administration, hygiene and prevention, multiple casualties and fatalities, plus practical skills (CPR/resuscitation, clinical examination, nursing, infections, mental health emergencies).
Competences
Organise and manage medical care and work effectively with the relevant maritime medical publications (e.g., IMGS, ICS medical section, MFAG).
Model Courses
MC 7.01 (medical care on board) + MC 1.15 (medical care).
