Course Content

Nautical management (personnel, training, decision-making and work procedures), communication/leadership in a multicultural context, and crisis & crowd management.

Competences

Apply leadership and resource management, plan workload and tasks, manage SOPs, and ensure the safety and security of crew and passengers in emergency situations.

Model Courses

MC 7.01 (organise & manage the crew) + MC 1.28 (crowd management).
