Where do you make the difference❓

  • End-to-end chartering and planning of cargo flows across our fleet and external tonnage
  • Negotiating freight rates and contract terms and turning them into competitive offers that win business
  • Managing client relationships directly and commercially
  • Coordinating seamlessly with colleagues across Poland, Ireland, and the UK to deliver as one team

This is a role where you are expected to take ownership, not wait for direction.

 

Who are you❓

  • You have solid experience in shortsea chartering and understand the commercial and contractual game
  • You’re quick, decisive, and commercially sharp
  • You have a strong memory and keep multiple moving pieces under control without losing detail
  • You’re known for your work ethic and reliability.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in Dutch and English
  • You stay calm under pressure and think two steps ahead
  • Experience with breakbulk and project cargo gives you an extra edge
