Programme Structure

Shipowners operate within four distinct markets: the newbuilding market, the freight market, the sale and purchase market, and the demolition market. This course provides in-depth insight into the functioning of these four markets from a practical perspective.

The programme is divided into four parts, each focusing on one of the four markets. In addition to gaining quantitative insight into the markets, participants become familiar with market dynamics (supply, demand, and pricing) and the possible strategies employed by market players.
