About us

The Hydrography Category B postgraduate programme is offered through a close collaboration between the Antwerp Maritime Academy and Ghent University, two leading institutions with a strong reputation in maritime and geoscience education. The programme is coordinated by the Institute for Hydrography (IFH), established within the Antwerp Maritime Academy to meet the growing need for well-trained hydrographic professionals in Belgium and beyond. Through its strong network of public and private partners, the Institute ensures that students are immersed in a dynamic learning environment where theory and practice go hand in hand.
