Scope

The Advanced Meteorology course has been designed to meet the requirements of the Royal Degree VII/10 and 11.

Objective

Those who succesfully complete this course will be able to identify when the characteristic weather systems of a region are expected to develop and intensify.

Ocean currents of the world;
Ocean routes & weather routing;
Ice navigation;
Means of receiving weather information on board;
