Scope

The Yacht Technique 1 course has been designed to meet the requirements of the Royal Degree VII/10 to 13.

Objective

Those who succesfully complete this course should achieve the required knowledge and skill in knot tying, line handling, equipment identification, safe working practices, terminology and seamanship evolution processes and procedures.

Terminology;
Materials (natural and synthetic);
Seamanship;
Principles of yacht design;

Duration

2 days (minimum 6 persons)
